The candidate must have a minimum of a Level 1 Nature Guide Skills Program to qualify for the course
Qualification includes:
- Back-up Trails Guide Skills Program
- Relevant SASSETA Unit Standards
- Advanced Rifle Handling: Lead Rifle
- Tracking Skills Specialization
- Trails Guide Exam
- Back-up Trails Guide Assessment
- 4 Weeks (28 Days) Walking Experience
Also included:
- Accommodation for the duration of the course
- NEW ADDITION: External Field Trips, including a 4 Day trail on Shamwari Game Reserve and a 7 Day trail in the Kruger National Park
