Dartings are truly an amazing experience
What is the best part about a darting – I think being up close and personal with the animal…being able to see everything on the animal up close is incredible. The dartings take place on the reserve to move animals either off or onto the reserve, many hands make light work and Ulovane are always called in to help. Of course we always jump at this opportunity, I mean how many people can say they stroked a Rhino’s ear or played with a buffalo’s tail – while they are asleep of course.
First Aid is Fun
As a guide First Aid is very important, should an emergency happen while you are out with your guests you need to be able to handle the situation and ensure your guests safety at all times. All first aid certificates need to be renewed every 2/3 years. Andrew Miller from Smart Solutions is our training provider and he provides top quality, professional training that leaves our students confident in their first aid abilities.
